Also known as a standing rib roast, the cut is best roasted whole "standing" on its ribs, allowing the top layer of fat to render and self-baste the meat. We have these cut off the bone and then tied back on to make the cooking and presentation perfect and allow for easy carving. Hand selected for our Butcher Shop by Signature R Ranch, this roast has the perfect combination of flavor and tenderness. You can also specify boneless and they will serve approximately 30% more people than listed below- Specify "Boneless Rib Roast" in the notes on checkout, if you'd like that option.
